Jan van Erp

My name is Jan van Erp and I am a scientist with TNO and professor of tangible user interaction with the University of Twente. One of the topics I am working on is the mediation of social touch over a distance (for instance to add touch to a Teams or Zoom conversation) and if and how robots and avatars should touch us (or not).
